John B. Ball is a long time fitness enthusiast and has 24 years as a Master Fitness Trainer. He honorably served 26 years in the U.S. Army and retired as a Command Sergeant Major (the highest enlisted rank). While serving in the U.S. Army, Command Sergeant Major Ball trained countless Soldiers and civilians as a personal, group fitness instructor and a nutrition advisor.

While maintaining himself in excellent physical conditioning; His knowledge of nutrition, sleep deprivation effects and exercise has made him a most valued commodity in the fitness community.

His passion to help his clients, friends and family improve their physical and mental well-being. John is kept abreast on up-to-date research and developments in nutrition, physical fitness and weight management related areas to ensure his clients receive the best opportunity for success.

He has made El Paso, Texas his home. The gyms here do little to assist their patrons in reaching their fitness goals and many are quickly discouraged. He has had many of his clients and friends ask him why he doesn’t open a gym and use his programs and talents. Finally, he decided they’re right and here we are.
